Did you know, the term “boudoir” actually originated from France during the 18th century? It was used to describe a woman’s private dressing room or bedroom. This term was later adopted to describe a more intimate session in which the woman is photographed in her lingerie or loungewear.

Nowadays, having a boudoir shoot is more about empowerment than anything else. The feeling of owning your sexuality is liberating for so many reasons. #ownyoursexy One of those reasons is to break the cliché of what is sexy.
